Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been:
- Opened
- Used
- Sterilized
- Contaminated
- Altered
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Tattoo needles and cartridges
- Inks that have been opened
- Stencil products that have been opened
- Aftercare products that have been opened
- Barrier products and other single-use supplies
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a damaged item.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return policy above.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
